Elizabeth and Matt’s Wedding Celebration

Matt and Elizabeth celebrated a beautiful wedding earlier this summer at Parkside Church in Bainbridge, Ohio, with a super fun reception at Roses Run Country Club in Stow. We ended up with a beautiful day with some very dramatic clouds that threatened rain, and Elizabeth’s great bridesmaids came prepared with some cute umbrellas, but luckily the rain held off. We did a “first look” prior to the ceremony and had a few cute and curious spectators from the bridal party! The entire day was filled with beautiful details including Matt and Elizabeth’s first dance song which Matt had written and was performed by one of Matt’s groomsmen. It was a heartfelt and blessed day and it was a privilege to be a part of it. Thank you so much, Elizabeth and Matt!

Amanda and Nick’s Wedding Celebration

Amanda and Nick are two very talented people who just adore each other. I loved watching Paul melt at seeing his bride and seeing all of the great details that Amanda took great care in making. It was a beautiful November day with lots of beauty and emotion. It was a privilege to document your wedding, Amanda and Nick! Thank you so much for a great day! Here are my favorites:

Emily and John’s Wedding Celebration

I’ve known Emily ever since her big brother married my best friend. I’ve seen Emily grow up from the cutest little teenager into a gorgeous and accomplished young woman. I was thrilled and incredibly honored when her family asked me to photograph her wedding to John. Getting me to Emily’s wedding was also a little bit of an inside joke among us because they decided to host it in the Fingers Lakes area of New York where Emily’s parents own a lake house. For years, we’ve been talking about visiting the lake house, but being a wedding photographer takes all of my summer weekends out of play. They finally decided the only way to get me to Keuka Lake was to book me! We ended up with a beautiful weekend despite there being threats of rain. The venue was at the  romantic Esperanza Mansion which had stunning views of Keuka Lake. It’s a great area to plan a weekend getaway and visit the local vineyards and micro breweries. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Emily and John! It was such a privilege to be a part of your wedding day! Here are my favorites from their beautiful celebration:

Leah and Mark’s Wedding Celebration

Leah and Mark had a stunning wedding at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Leah’s dad may have been the most involved dad in the wedding process that I’ve encountered. He is a great planner and it was joy working with him. We started out at the Intercontinental Hotel for getting ready and their first look and then we tooled around downtown for some great couples’ shots. We met Leah and Mark’s close friends at the Cleveland Museum of Art for some fun group photos and then the made our way back to the gardens for the rest of the festivities. I have way too many favorite shots from this day:

Sarah and Glen’s Wedding Celebration

Sarah and Glen had a beautiful wedding at the Hudson Presbyterian Church followed by a lovely reception at the Inn at Walden in Aurora. This too-cute couple started the day by passing notes to each other and the church custodian saved the day by rescuing a lost bridesmaid earring. I love moments like these on weddings! You never know what’s going to happen! Here are some of my favorites:

Moira and Max’s Wedding Celebration

Ahhhh! Max and Mo! Just love these two! I first met them when I had the opportunity to photograph Max’s mom’s wedding. Max and Mo are totally laid back and so in love — they were so much fun to work with! Their wedding and reception was held at Glidden House in University Circle and we got some great portraits walking around the Cleveland Art Museum and the surrounding area. Mo’s mom, Beth, did an amazing job with all of the details of the wedding. It was flawless! Here are some of my favorites from day:

Sneak Peek: Emily and John

Emily and John were married on Labor Day weekend on Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes in New York and it was a perfect backdrop for their beautiful celebration. The ceremony and reception were both held at Esperanza Mansion which sits on a hill overlooking the lake, and while the view was fantastic, all eyes were on the beautiful bride and her handsome groom. Thanks to all the Browns and Petros for your generous hospitality. I finally made it to the lake house! 🙂

Sneak Peek: Leah and Mark

Leah and Mark had a gorgeous, hot, sunny day for their beautiful outdoor wedding at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. I had a great time collaborating with this bride and groom and their families.
